Health System: Dermatology Partners   

 

Dermatology Partners implemented an agentic AI platform to automate patient outreach and scheduling. These autonomous AI agents proactively communicate with patients via text to schedule appointments, confirm visits, and manage cancellations. Unlike basic bots, the system integrates directly with the practice’s EHR to update records in real-time and handle complex administrative tasks without staff intervention.


As a result, the practice significantly reduced "no-show" rates and decreased the administrative burden on front-desk staff. The initiative allows the clinical team to focus on patient care while maintaining a full, efficient surgical and exam schedule.
